The BUILD_PREFIX macro is missing in /etc/make.globals, which will result in an
error with bootstrapping gentoo.

Um, BUILD_PREFIX is now an internal variable, so as of 2.0.34 this problem
should be resolved

Moving these so we can remove the "Install CD" component from "Gentoo Linux".

I apologize to everyone for this spam, but according to the bugzilla developers,
this is the only reasonable way to do this.
