Hi!

media-gfx/mypaint-1.2.0 can't build if libomp is not installed as a dependency, because it depends on that library headers.

Also, libomp is part of the LLVM project, so as happens with Clang, the stable version of libomp is, as a good idea, the same as llvm. i.e.: if the stable version is 3.7.0, the stable one for libomp must be 3.7.0 too. (As a suggestion)
