Hi! One feature I often miss a lot when needing to review mails from https://archives.gentoo.org is that they are not listed in a "continuous" way. I mean, each mail is shown isolated and I need to rely on "Replies" field to try to follow the full discussion. That makes some threads hard to follow, specially when they are really long. For example, I just noticed again today when trying to follow: https://archives.gentoo.org/gentoo-dev/message/d60f7bde708a667e27ddb2edced25842 The issue is that the currently alternative resources offered are using the same system: https://marc.info/?l=gentoo-dev&m=148147918216084 I would like to offer as one more alternative than marc.info, some resources like gossamer-threads one, as they allow to read all the thread on one page and easily follow all (it's a bit similar of reading a forums thread). This is also really useful to, for example, review again a previous reply without needing to start browsing to find it: http://www.gossamer-threads.com/lists/gentoo/dev/320544 Thanks a lot
https://groups.google.com would be another option :/
The problem in both cases is that all we have is the Message-ID, and neither Gossamer nor Groups offer a search by Message-ID. If you can find other services that offer search by Message-ID, we can definitely add those.
I am unsure about how to know if a service is offering a search by Meesage-ID sorry :/
Per: https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!msg/apps/UCY9_ek0h3o/bDhn__YY00AJ google groups should support it
