AFAIK, the arm handbook is not complete yet. That's why it isn't linked from our index page.
It would have been better to leave it in the draft/ subdir IMHO

yes, the arm handbook isnt finished (i havent finished it)

it's not linked anywhere so dont use it :p

i wasnt aware of the draft subdir ... i figured just not linking it would be enough :)
