Why?
Comment 2 Thomas Deutschmann (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2016-09-10 08:20:08 UTC
This package is in tree for more than 30d without any open bug reports.

Main reason is that I want to stabilize next version of app/admin/rsyslog and first version of app/admin/collectd very soon and both packages has an optional dependency on librdkafka.

If you have any concerns stabilizing librdkafka please share. If you just don't want librdkafka stabilized on "your" architectures please tell me so I can add stable masks and don't need to hold back depending packagess.
