Hello. qt5ct is a configuration tool for Qt5. Useful for people who don't run full-blown DEs, but still use Qt5 apps. Initial ebuild was submitted in bug 577840 and I've contacted the reporte about 10 days ago. No response whatsoever. I would like to take care of this package then. @proxy-maint, please merge the PR in URL.

The PR was merged. metadata.xml is now in tree.
