Now superseded entirely by Test-Simple versions larger than 1.1.10

Stable version 0.110.0-r1 ( x86 amd64 ) can be satisfied by virtual/perl-Test-Simple-1.1.14-r2 ( which pulls perl-core/Test-Simple  )

Unstable version 0.160.0 was already merely a "Pull virtual/perl-Test-Simple" shim ( Which pulls >=dev-lang/perl-5.22 on unstable )

All in-tree dependencies on Test-use-ok have been reassigned to the exclusive dependency spec:

   >=virtual/perl-Test-Simple-1.1.10

And packages in overlays should follow suit.

This is now mostly a cleanup to polish of remaining issues like bug #584238 ( but removing this package has no direct relation to that bug )
