=media-video/mpv-0.17.0 is affected by bug 582384 and cannot be stabilized. We have to go with 0.17.0-r4 instead.
=media-video/mpv-0.17.0-r4 is affected by bug 584418 and cannot be stabilized. We have to go with 0.17.0-r5 instead.
We proceed with mpv-0.17.0-r6 as it has a couple of big memleaks fixed compared to -r5. Those are very small fixes, so no need to wait for another 30 days. Also we won't bother with sparc as libass is pending stabilization there for almost a year.
Arches please test and mark stable =media-video/mpv-0.17.0-r6. Target keywords: alpha amd64 arm hppa ppc ppc64 x86.
Since there's no activity towards stabilizing mpv-0.17.0-r6 yet, let's proceed with mpv-0.18.0-r1 instead. Rationale: 0.18.0-r1 has much less patches than 0.17.0-r6, but includes many additional fixes and no breaking changes. Arches please test and mark stable =media-video/mpv-0.18.0-r1. Target keywords: alpha amd64 arm hppa ppc ppc64 x86.
Stable on alpha.

Closing as fixed without waiting for arm stabilization. mpv-0.9.2-r1 wasn't stable on arm and by the way it goes mpv-0.18.0-r1 won't be stable on arm for a long time. Thus pulling the plug on this one. Will try again next time. Thanks everyone!
