After having updated to groff-1.16.1-r1, when I call e.g. "man ls", I get an
endless recursion (see attached file), but only if I am not root.

I have also updated recently, but the problem occured nearly immediately after
updating to the new groff:

The upper two man's are called by user root and work perfectly, the lower one
with the many instances of troff and grotty are called by another user.

It appears that some groff-1.17... is newer and without that bug; I seem to have
rsynced with an outdated repository. 8-(
