As we all know, there is no gentoo stage3 and livecd for ppc64le platform.

Currently, We've successfully made gentoo ppc64le stage3 and livecd for ppc64le.

So we open new bug to request and track

1. Where could I upload this stage3 and livecd for public use ?
2. We have open a new PR in github to merge ppc64le portage tree changes.
3. Is there some autotest framework for Gentoo distributions ? for example. LTP
