It seems to be CFLAGS trouble ( not on keepassX but on libgcrypt ): With only them: -O2 -march=native => OK -Os -march=native => Segfault For me -Os was safe I've retry rebuild libgcrypt with all my CFLAGS, just change -Os => -O2 and it does no more segfault Thanks
