- Twisted Python is up to 0.19.0.   
   - I changed the name of the .ebuild and everything runs fine. However,   
there are more written-in-C options to build (cReactor is one)  
 - Twisted Python is licensed under the LGPL 2.1 (NOT the GPL as is in the  
0.18.0 ebuild).  
 
In addition, the release manager, Chris Armstrong <radix@twistedmatrix.com>, 
would like some sort of contact information so he can notify Gentoo of new 
releases.

Oops. 
It's called 'Twisted', not 'Twisted Python'.

Twisted has been updated to 0.19.0 and so has the license.
Please tell me if this works for you, it built and compiled fine for me.
I'm closing this bug, but re-open it if this go poorly.
