Some git servers (e.g. o.g.o) are throwing fatal errors with hg-git 0.8.3
upgrading to 0.8.4 fixes the problem

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
try to push a mercurial repository to git with hg-git 0.8.3
Actual Results:  
FATAL: unknown git/gitolite command

Expected Results:  
success
