patch to fix https support with python >=2.7.9

net-analyzer/nagstamon can't connect to nagios server via HTTPS anymore since python 2.7.9 because he can't check the certificate.

I add as attachment a patch that add back https support.
I've test it successfully via epatch_user.

Since python stable for slot 2.7 is 2.7.9 version, we need this patch.

I confirm that net-analyzer/nagstamon-1.0.1_p20150222 is working as fine as 1.0.1 patched version for HTTPS.
