I would like to use the e-mail alias to file bugs against overlays. The bugs will be filed by a bot and automatically assigned to overlay owners. I will personally follow the alias and watch how it works.

Therefore, please:

1. create a Bugzilla account for repo-qa-checks@g.o,

2. provide me with login password for this account,

3. add an exception for repo-qa-checks bot.

After some thinking, I've decided that I will run bug filing script interactively on localhost. Therefore, I can just use my Bugzilla account.
