Description Consus 2015-04-22 19:46:11 UTC
Mentioning ldap_uids in configuration file results in invalid request to the LDAP server. Affects all modules that use LDAP (mod_shared_roster_ldap, mod_vcard_ldap, etc). Upstream is aware but no one seems to care very much for LDAP support to fix it ASAP. For now a patch exists (I tested it myself) that fixes this problem.

Patch: https://support.process-one.net/secure/attachment/21715/ELDAPv3.diff
Ticket: https://support.process-one.net/browse/EJAB-1715

Reproducible: Always

Huh. Guess my speech in ejabberd@conference.jabber.ru helped. Fixed in upstream, so the next version should be OK. But 15.03 is it still affected.

Seems, should be fixed in 15.04 (as bug closed few days before release). I make bump request in bug #547432

Could you test 16.04, please?

I assume the issue is solved as patch is there since 15.04.
