I have been continuing on filling stable requests and porting old ebuilds and now there are 0 consumers for eapi2 and only 8 for eapi3 (all waiting for ppc team to stabilize the newer versions)

I would then deprecate the support for that eapis for 1 month to allow people from overlays to update to newer eapis and, after that, drop the support from them allowing us to clean the stuff for that old eapis
