I was quite suprised when I noticed that dev-util/android-studio is not a source ebuild, despite its name (without -bin). Although android-studio is open source (Apache-2.0 license) and can be build from source (http://tools.android.com/build/studio), there is no statement that this does not happen with this ebuild.

Please solve this bug by either

1.) Supplying an ebuild which builds android-studio from source (probably not easy)
2.) Stress that this ebuild does not build from source, e.g. by using the common convention to add the suffix "-bin" to the package name.

They still dont release a source tarball for it and half the tags for half the versions are missing in the git repo :(.
