libselinux-2.4_rc* are missing the dep on python3_4. _rc6 is released too so the best is to bump userspace to _rc6 and add fix python3_4 at the same time.
rc6 release is in the tree, PYTHON_COMPAT="python3_4" is added to libselinux and libsemanage.
