Please consider adding slot-operator to the dev-libs/icu dependency. Firefox is the only package on my system which was not rebuilt after upgrade of icu:

Use emerge @preserved-rebuild to rebuild packages using these libraries

Apologies, i thought that was one of the few slot-operators already there.  Will fix with the next bump.

Fixed in mozilla-overlay, and I'll push the changes to the portage tree after November 25th (next release date).
