I compiled linphone and mediastreamer with USE="video -v4l" (by accident). Both compiled fine but gave me no video from my USB camera. Compiling media-libs/mediastreamer with USE=v4l fixed this.
Shouldn't there be a dependency for media-libs/mediastreamer[v4l] if I want to use video with linphone?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. compile USE=-v4l media-libs/mediastreamer
2. compile USE=video net-voip/linphone
3. start linphone, enable video self view. No video picture shown.
