sudoku-savant-1.3.ebuild

Hi!

Attached is an ebuild for sudoku-savant, a gtk+ sudoku game generator/solver that was originally available only as a slitaz tazpkg package. I suggest having it as games-puzzles/sudoku-savant.

The ebuild was simply translated directly from the original tazpkg, and one of its build-time dependencies is dev-util/desktop-file-utils. It seems though that this is necessary only to copy out a desktop file, so a future revision may include a patch to give users a choice over that dependency.
