Patch to enable the hoomd molfile plugin

The vmd ebuild does not build the hoomd molfile plugin. This is a default option included in most of the binary builds of vmd offered upstream.

I'm attaching a diff for the ebuild that adds the hoomd plugin. This requires the expat library.

Btw, sci-physics/hoomd-blue is now part of gx86!
