Description crusaderky 2004-05-22 12:42:36 UTC
I've selected an option so BitTornado (btdownloadgui.py) doesn't ask for directory when downloading, so that if I click on a torrent using konqueror I immediately launch the download.

I select 4 .torrent files in konqueror and press Enter. I can see bittornado opening the first one, then he opens the second one USING THE SAME WINDOW etc; at the end I have only 1 download (the fourth).

Workaround: click on the .torrent files individually

Where do get btdownloadgui.py from?

Also can you find out which settings are used for the torrent-files in the settings of Konqueror under "File Associations"?

emerge bittornado

the command is simply "btdownloadgui.py"

What about the other question:
Also can you find out which settings are used for the torrent-files in the settings of Konqueror under "File Associations"?
Comment 4 crusaderky 2005-02-13 02:34:09 UTC
I already answered to that. Settings are "open with: Bittorrent", and the command line for application "Bittorrent" is "btdownloadgui.py", with no additional parameters.

Try making the command "btdownloadgui.py %u"
Comment 6 crusaderky 2005-05-17 08:10:48 UTC
Sorry, but I've uninstalled bittornado several months ago :(

Closing.
