The SUBJ is probably wrong but how can I install an older version of autoconf on my system? I need 2.60 or 2.59. I see there is autoconf-wrapper but no idea how to use it. There is no eselect-autoconf so ... I am stuck with: # emerge =sys-devel/autoconf-2.59-r7 WARNING: One or more repositories have missing repo_name entries: Calculating dependencies... done! For what? Thanks.
autoconf is SLOT-ed now so you can install as many versions as you want simultaneously. the blocker in libtool isn't impacted by that.
