The Decimal separator ',' (comma) used for de_DE should be exchanged whit an space or deleted. Or the size-unit should be risen from kB to MB (or MiB). The output is not localized, and so the comma used is for the thousands separator. Large downloads are still the exception rather than the rule, so changing the unit used does not make sense.
You could also use different brightness for number before and behind the separator. I like it as dd_rescue shows it that way.
