Description jalal 2004-05-14 07:04:48 UTC
Hello,

I have the Cisco vpn client 4.0.3b-r4 on my 2.6.5-gentoo-r1 laptop. It starts fine and runs also fine, but I always get 'oops' when I stop the client (using /etc/init.d/vpnclient stop) or I halt the system after running it (which prevents my laptop from shutting down properly).

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Stop the vpn client

Actual Results:
Laptop portage # /etc/init.d/vpnclient stop
 * Stopping Cisco VPN Client...

It was working fine on 2.6.3-mm4.

I'll look into it, yet I am in the process of moving, so it might be a little while before I can test it thoroughly.

Sorry about how old this one is... is this still happening with newer versions of the ebuild/newer kernels?
