Following the SELinux conversion guide, the first emerge of policycoreutils failed with many linker errors. Investigating further, this was due to libsemanage-2.2-r1 installing its shared lib to /lib64/libsemanage.so.1 instead of /usr/lib64/libsemanage.so.1 I confirmed the issue was introduced with -r1. I'm attaching a patch to fix the ebuild. The patch allows libsemanage to install correctly, and policycoreutils can link against it.
