I found kcm_konq.la and kcm_konq.so but have no idea where I should find 
libkcm_konq.la  but got the following: 
 
Ein Fehler ist aufgetreten beim Laden von Modul: 
'Settings/FileBrowsing/kcmkonq.desktop' 
Die Diagnose lautet: 
Library files for "libkcm_konq.la" not found in paths

 Thanks for yout time. My problem is solved by a "emerge prune world".
