multilib patch against latest stable guile - please review:
* emacs flag only applies for native arch

What is the use case? Guile already takes a few hours to build. Multilib would mean at least twice as many for everyone.. and I doubt anyone builds it out of choice.

I'm not even have the package installed anymore and i don't remember why i initially wanted to have multilib here. I'll gonna close this bug.
