Description tka 2013-12-17 17:18:05 UTC
The testsuite of gnome-base/gnome-keyring-3.8.2 fails after upgrading dev-libs/libgcrypt from version 1.5.3:0/11 to 1.6.0:0/20. More specifically, the failing test ist /gkm/data-asn1/integers and the error message is Fatal: "failed to create the RNG lock: Invalid argument." I do not know whether this is specific to the testsuite or a general incompatibility of gnome-keyring with libgcrypt-1.6.0. After downgrading libgcrypt to version 1.5.3:0/11, all tests pass.

TEST: test-data-asn1... (pid=488)

Comment 5 eroen 2014-01-30 19:23:03 UTC
Still affects gnome-base/gnome-keyring-3.10.1 with dev-libs/libgcrypt-1.6.0. Downgrading to dev-libs/libgcrypt-1.5.3 makes tests pass.
Comment 6 tka 2014-03-03 13:00:37 UTC
Still happens with gnome-keyring-3.10.1 and libgcrypt-1.6.1.
Comment 7 Pacho Ramos gentoo-dev 2014-05-31 07:13:04 UTC
Looks solved in 3.12.2 cycle
