Description Reuben Martin 2013-12-12 17:42:48 UTC
The userland package should be installing pkgconfig files, but they are not anywhere to be found (including the git repo for some reason)

This creates a bunch of headaches when trying to build in support for accelerated graphic functionality using egl and gles2.

I'm attaching the pc files to this bug that need to get installed.

Reproducible: Always

Ugh. Never mind. It seems the documentation I was reading from is out of date. It seems that mesa built with egl provides this now...

Please re-open this ticket.

Mesa providing these pkgconfig files does not satisfy this because Mesa is not required to use EGL on RaspberryPi.

The pkgconfig files should be provided with the same package which provides the libraries. Mesa provides its own EGL library separate from that provided with this package.
