It looks like I have not supported python version, but in the same time in my packages for update I have:
[ebuild U ] dev-lang/python-2.7.5-r4:2.7 [2.7.3-r3:2.7] USE="gdbm ipv6 ncurses readline sqlite ssl threads (wide-unicode) xml -berkdb -build -doc -examples -hardened -tk -wininst" 0 kB
[ebuild U ] dev-lang/python-3.2.5-r3:3.2 [3.2.3-r2:3.2] USE="gdbm ipv6 ncurses readline ssl threads (wide-unicode) xml -build -doc -examples -hardened -sqlite -tk -wininst" 0 kB

Which means that my python versions going to be updated and looks like this is bug in ebuil, because it tryes to be installed earlier than python updated. Isn't it?

ebuild log attached.
Comment 1 Philipp Leonhardt 2013-11-29 05:30:01 UTC
Yesterday I had the same problem.
I already updates python:3.2 and 3.3 but still had 2.7.3-r3:2.7 on my system.
After upgrading Python-2.7.3-r3:2.7 to 2.7.5 the problem was gone, but "media-libs/libsndfile" shoud pull the update in before.
Comment 2 Viktar Patotski 2013-11-29 12:52:49 UTC
The workaround is to run:
  emerge -u --oneshot python

But ebuild needs to be updated anyway.

    media-libs/libsndfile: always depend on python since python-any-r1.eclass requires it. Bug #492754.

thx

This looks incorrect. The correct fix would be to call python-any-r1_pkg_setup() conditionally:

pkg_setup() {
    if use test; then
        python-any-r1_pkg_setup
    fi
}
