There should be an option to avoid LINGUAS, *_TARGETS and other USE flags like that, as output sometimes make me overlook other -- useful USE flags.

eix master on BerliOS (>=eix-0.29.7) contains attributes and a variable
for omitting output of USE_EXPAND variables.
