recursive fetch patch

There is patch for isync/mbsync to enable recursive fetching, i.e. [Gmail]/* directories. I found it here:
http://chrisstreeter.com/archive/2009/04/gmail-imap-backup-with-mbsync-on-ubuntu.html

I modified the patch to work with 1.0.6, see attached.

Example usage, in your rc file:
Patterns * ![Gmail]* "[Gmail]/Sent Mail" "[Gmail]/Spam"

Another option would be enabling epatch_user in the ebuild.
