We need 0.14 slot stable on more arches but, since looks like also a newer version could go to stable...

~alpha ~amd64 ~arm ~ppc ~ppc64 ~sparc ~x86

I think you need to update your tree since 0.14* was removed a week or so ago due to security issues.

0.15.2 is currently stable and we could start the stabilization of 0.15.3.

Umm, I see. I cannot update the tree now, but looks like it was looking to require old slot because of it using:
>=media-libs/libraw-0.14.0:=

We don't need latest version, but need one of them stable on:
alpha amd64 arm ppc ppc64 sparc x86

Feel free to decide what you think it's the best: stabilize 0.15.2 in remaining arches or go directly to 0.15.3 and do all

I'd close it as wontfix because of security bug 482926
