The ebuild says LICENSE="GPL-2". It should be "GPL-2+", plus "HPND" for some Scintilla related files. More severe: The AMS035 tech library is conditionally installed if the distfile balsa-tech-ams-20030506.tar.gz is present in DISTDIR. The elog message in pkg_postinst seems to indicate that this is a proprietary library and then its license is also missing. There's also no integrity checking of balsa-tech-ams-20030506.tar.gz because it's not listed in SRC_URI.
