With USE="-doc" configure does not look for saxon library, and build fails later on due to missing saxon.jar on classpath

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.USE="-doc" emerge scilab




It works with doc (and xcos) flag on.

It's a known bug, see comment in the ebuild. The fix is to use doc:) I'll submit a bug upstream about it.
