gentoo 1.3b with i686 optimizations on a Intel Celeron 450Mhz computer with 512
mb ram and 1GB swap

Error:
*** - %STRUCTURE-REF:

SIGSEGV cannot be cured. Fault address - 0xD203368.
make: *** [halfcompiled.mem] Segmentation fault

clisp folks released 2.29 which fixes this. 2.29 has since been added to portage.
