Provide the dirsrv module as given by 389-ds-base package.
Include this in the repository and manage it as the others (but keep comment in the file that it comes from the package).

Note that, once in our repo, it isn't wise to overwrite the changes from 389-ds-base (if a new version comes out). Instead, take diffs from the older version and see if it still has to be applied or not.
