I wondered why gtk-doc installed on my system but I don't use the doc USE flag at all. I found geoclue depends it, but I think it should depend on the 'doc' USE flag.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
emerge geoclue
Actual Results:  
It depends on gtk-doc

Expected Results:  
It shouldn't depend on gtk-doc (with it's many depends too)

I attach a patch, I simply disabled the gtk-doc depend, uninstalled it, and the ebuild isntalled fine anyway. So I think it should use the doc USE flag, as the other ebuilds.
