Bug 4386 – sendmail : missing aliases (fix provided)

When sending a message with sendmail, it complains about missing aliases
deferring message. Attached patch fixed the ebuild file, the init.d script and
sendmail.mc; it also make bundled sendmail.mc be ing in-sync with bundled
sendmail.cf (include of /usr/share/sendmail-cf/m4/cf.m4 was missing).

/etc/mail/aliases is provided by net-mail/mailbase

Oops, i didn't noticed /etc/mail/aliases was provided by mailbase-0.00... so i changed the patch for sendmail accordingly: it now requires mailbase as dependancy.
