setuptools-0.6.28-r1.ebuild.diff

I propose to migrate setuptools to the new eclass via revbump.

This would allow us to force installation for particular python-versions from within other ebuilds that also use python-distutils-ng and thus working around bugs like #431278

setuptools is python-r1 already.
