Okay, I have finally masked out JAXP from our tree. It will be removed from our
tree in the not-so distant future. The reasoning is simple: JAXP is a
maintenance nightmare, and is nothing more than a repack of Apache's Xerces and
Xalan into one  .zip file. I have added Xalan 2.4 to our tree, so we have the
same functionality, directly from the source (xml.apache.org).
