For example - http://www.gentoo.org/proj/ru/glep/glep-0008.html

If GLEP translations are missing it must point on original(http://www.gentoo.org/proj/en/glep/glep-0008.html) GLEP.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://www.gentoo.org/proj/ru/glep/
2. Select a GLEP to view(for example - GLEP 8)
Actual Results:  
404 Error Message: Page Not Found

Expected Results:  
Seeing selected GLEP

It can't be done just by changing xml, as there are no tags with paths here. Tag <glepindex> is used.

So, this bug may be resolved only when all GLEPs will be translated on Russian.

Gorg is discontinued and Wiki version of GLEPs index does not have invalid links
