Since the download of the rpm-file is broken and the above ebuild relies on it, it's impossible to install the icaclient on gentoo using emerge. Besides - I don't want to shoot my foot messing up the systems installing manually ... DID THAT TOO OFTEN. I mailed citrix weeks ago, but no reply so far. The source-dl works. Would it be possible to switch from rpm install to much more elegant src-build?
well, the problem with icaclient is that you need be agree with a license, before download it, if you try emerge icacliente you notice that only need dowload the rpm manually and put in the "distfiles" dir. So you say that you cant do it, but i try it and works. Please retry it :)
Just tried installing this and I get a 404 error when the ebuild tries to download the file. If however, I change it from http:// to ftp:// then I can download the file with wget, no need to accept any license. ftp://download2.citrix.com/FILES/en/products/Linux10/ICAClient-10.6-1.i386.rpm Could the ebuild be updated to reflect the new URL?
