dev-db/postgis-2.0.0_p9999 live ebuild with new gdal use flag to pull in the raster support features of postgis

dev-db/postgis-2.0.0_p9999 ebuild

dev-db/postgis-2.0.0_p9999 ebuild. the obseleted ebuild did not install raster support with the gdal use flag, only built it. this ebuild also installs the raster support.

allows for selection of databases that should have raster support added to them

PostGIS 2.0.0 released and available in tree.
