Description Harrison B. Caudill 2004-01-13 09:52:42 UTC
GCC 3.2.3 20030422 dies when building dev-lang/squeak-3.4.1.ebuild
I'll include the /var/tmp/portage/squeak... dir as well as my make.conf
for the flags w/ which I built gcc.
I'll also include a text dump of the entire build process including stderr,
up to where GCC reports an internal error.

The tar.bz2 is available at:
http://prism.gatech.edu/~gte042u/gcc_bug.tar.bz2

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. ebuild dev-lang/squeak-3.4.1.ebuild
Actual Results:
actual results are included in the tar.bz2. It seems that there is a problem
in the liveness analysis phase of the register allocator.

squeak compiles for me. I am unable to access http://prism.gatech.edu/~gte042u/gcc_bug.tar.bz2. prism.gatech.edu cannot be found. You can email me the attachment directly at jhhudso@gentoo.org if you wish.
