recompiling all polkit- and dbus-stuff helped to fix KDE startup. But now starting Apps and right-clicking takes ages! somehow, KDE is still broken.

Tomas, I don't understand your move. The other bug looks very different to me. Also, in comment 2, some supporting evidence is presented. What happens to me, that I see an entirely black screen and right-clicking doesn't bring up any menu. Only way forward is Ctrl+Alt+F1 or shutdown. Even stranger, this does not happen on my current system which is quite similar to the one that is broken. KDE is starting, but it takes at least 10 minutes. There is about 15 second delay before the splash screen shows up, then the splash screen is displayed for 1 minute, the screen goes black (only mouse cursor is visible), DrKonqi informs me that PolicyKit1-KDE received segmentation fault, some windows slowly show up (no Plasma, though) and after about 10 minutes Plasma finally starts. Rebuilding *dbus*, polkit* and whole kde-base doesn't help.
