Description Robin Bakels 2002-01-27 13:20:13 UTC
Hi,

Attached to this message is the file gnome-mud.tar.gz, containing the ebuild
files (AND the files/ directory included) needed to build Gnome MUD 0.8.0. It
depends on Gtk+ and XFree86. I've added it to the gnome-extras/ directory, but
you can always change that :)

Greetings,
Anthraxx

Hi,

I've added this ebuild as app-games/gnome-mud. Thanks for the contribution.
Please note the following things I changed, so you can incorporate them into
future submissions.

- Added header at the top as in /usr/portage/skel.ebuild
- Changed SRC_URI to use ${P} instead of the literal version
- Coalesced DEPEND+RDEPEND, since in that case RDEPEND is autoset to DEPEND
- Changed attempted formatting of line continuations, see
     http://lists.gentoo.org/pipermail/gentoo-dev/2001-November/007985.html
- Changed DEPEND from gnome-core to gnome-libs
- Removed extraneous setting of CFLAGS... it seems unnecessary (let me know if
you disagree)

Sorry for this long list. One more thing: It's the developer's (i.e. my)
responsibility to generate the digest file. It would be helpful if your
attachment would be the simple ebuild instead of a tar.gz. Just a personal
preference. :-)

Thanks,
Aron
